A featured exhibit at the Oregon Historical Society, Comic City, USA celebrates Oregon’s rich history of comics and the artists who create them. From political cartoons, to comic books, to graphic novels, and web comics, the 3,000 SF exhibition reveals the surprising range of talent from around the state.

Walls positioned to look like open comic books lead visitors through each genres. Within each area visitors are immersed in a rich collection of comic books, artists tools, and memorabilia. Interactives woven throughout provide opportunities for visitors to grab a pen (or engage a touchscreen) and express their own creativity.
